Check out the Kata 3N1 (as in "3 in 1") series of bags. They can be worn as a sling or backpack (or both in X configuration). It is suitable for both left and right-handed photographers. I believe this is what you are looking for.
only aluminum or carbon-fiber hard-case can withstand impact like that... and having something that hard on your back, it would hurt you during accident.
and I saw and tried this bag.. looked good, but side entrance is too small, zipper is not comfortable here and I need it to be more like bag, when on one shoulder...
between 250 and 350 witch one is best choice for travel?

I have the Fastpack 200. While it's almost perfect, it doesn't have a tripod strap.
