Mega Man (NES) Elec Man

The fourth video in a walkthrough requested by LPStudio22. A very important level, not for the power given by the boss, although it's the most useful power for "cheaters", but because there's a required Magnet Beam that can only be found here. You can't finish Dr. Wily's Level (the Final Level or Levels) if you don't have that as you won't be able to access an otherwise unreachable ladder somewhere in it.
