Hi Ira,
I taught this circle dance to my group and they enjoyed it very, very much. When told hassapiko was meant to be a butcher's dance and that it was choreographed by a butcher's son, they all laughed and thought I was joking. See, Ira, I was not alone. Thanks again for your great work to make us all happy.
Forever dancing!

Hi Ira,
I would like to share this Greek circle dance with my senior students. As always, I admire your choreography and your choice of music, stylish and unique, one of a kind. Thank you for writing these many dances for us to enjoy.

Hi Ira,
Just to let you know that this is one of THE favorite dances of our International dance group - the Grapeviners of Sarasota, FL. We dance it almost every week! Also are Turkish Debka, Adonde Voy (both taught by me after learning them from YouTube!), Cumbia Semana and recently Jas Na Lanka (and many others)...
Keep up the good work!
Warm regards -

Hi Ira, can you tell me the name of the song that you are dancing too. thanks

It's a Greek song sung by DImitra Galani based on Mozart's Symphony No. 40.
