  • Thanks so much for the over 130 comments and feedback on my progress. I an working out with my trainer Vince Robbins today and will post another progress video tonight. It is getting down to crunch time (only 7 weeks left) so your feedback is very important and it helps me a lot. See you in a few hours!

  • Darin, man bro adding the tan really helped bring out the striations especially in your back and rear delts. Looking on the Cronus web site the show is on Aug. 20th that's more than 7 weeks out.

  • @ddgym65 Thanks for the feedback on my posing. Yes, but I have a show on July 20th in St. Louis. It is a IFPA pro show.

  • not bad for 45.

    good work i say.

  • VERY nice progress....drug free is the best thing.

  • how come at :55 you can see the 3rd and 4th ab of your right side, but none on the right?

  • Is it true that the night befor comps bodybuilders get drunk so that there skin is tighter on the muscels due to less liquid in your body from the hangover?

  • @ec123456789able its funny that you say that after 30+ years of exercise he would have reached his genetic potential. So he started at 15, and then continued to grow muscles until now, at 45 years old, and he has the test left to do this? This literally makes no sense. Do the math. It might look or seem natural after years and years and very well told background stories, yet right away, I can tell this is not natural. Please, dont respond if you think hes natural, ur digging urself a hole.

  • @iAmStrengthlyFit early male pattern baldness?? he is 45, it is normal for a lot of guys to have male pattern baldness by then, i know some people who were totally bald by 35!! plus it is not that unbelievable to have a body like his after 30+ years of exercise. he is natural, get over it.

  • darin::::very good job man.u look a winner.greeting from basque country!

  • darin, long time follower, would love to see your nutrition plan for this contest prep.
