@GINOttawa Jobs was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. That cancer originated from a liver FULL OF STONES--hence the liver transplant. Jobs wasn't always vegetarian. He did lsd as a teen growing up in the 70s (probably drank alcohol too during the orgies creating LISA) which further damaged his liver.
