  • I wrestle and cut from 172, to 145 in two weeks. your going to be weak if you dont do it right. Get atleast a 3 pound workout daily. only take in 2 pounds, mostly liquids. will be a pound heavier than the day before due to naturally burning calories. arrive back the next day 2 pounds lighter and get another 3 pound workout. dropping two pounds a day. if you have two hours to get rehydrated your fine. drink pedialyte if you want to feel good. stay out of the sauna. it will drain you

  • @BJJpro24 No I don't think so.

  • @Jaketye do you by any chance know devin molloy

  • im shipping out for marine boot camp and i just found out 2 weeks ago i had to be 186 i was weighing 218 im now 195 and i only eat 100 calories a day and drink coke zero and workout 4 hours a day to 7 hours a day on the eliptical cuz it burns the most calories. 3500 calories equals 1 pounds also sauna suits and going into the sauna really helps

  • OH ok.

  • i would say normally say no.. but i cut weight for my fight last weekend... i dropped down to 185 from 200... i've eaten normally since then and i still only weigh 190... i never really changed my eating i just cut the weight the day befor the weigh ins.. bu i must say i'm probably a rare case
