"Sump'n like that"
Awesome stuff, Mike.
I've been enjoying your work with Jamie Hartford
but only discovered your YT channel today.
You've given me a lot of pleasure
and I have a lot of respect for your music.
Seems like a fair trade, eh?
Can't wait for the leopard-print spandex jumpsuit video!

Hello Taterbug...
Is this a Monroe tune or where did it come from? I used to pick a tune with Kenny Baker that sounded like that melody...
And by the way...I really like your picking...
I hope we can pick some Monroe tunes together someday.....Joe Clark

The tune came out of the Marion Thebe book. It's an oldtime tune that sounds to me like one Monroe would have played if he'd known about it.

Excellent playing, Mike. Boring question though, what kind of strings and pick do you use?

EXP74's on the F5. Pick varies depending on the job or what day it is, but mostly heavy...ProPlec, Red Bear, Fender heavy, Tortoise.
