When was this? a mate of mine went not too long ago and said there was a quick starlet there, was it you? I can't remember what day he went...

This one was about 5-6 months ago, so if it was recently I doubt it was me...
Nice to know there are other Starlets hitting the track as well though as I rarely see any others!

Judging by the turn-in and apex cones, this was a novice day.
This is why you were showing Elise's the way around.
I just did a similar event last Saturday, and my mate in a standard MX-5 was showing a guy in an Ariel Atom the way, I shit you not.
In fact he was the slowest guy there if you can believe that.

This was not a novice day, as you could probably assume given the Ferrari's and other high performance machinery there, at Bedford as a matter of safety they always leave the cones out on track as an indication.
Ariel Atoms are amazing and should usually be the quickest thing on the track, so long as the pilot isn't scaring himself stupid every time he hits the loud pedal!

Novice refers to the drivers, not the cars!
There were very high performance machinery on the novice day I attended. Porsche GT4's, GT3's, TVR's and not to mention the Ariel Atom, which should have been the quickest thing here.
They must have changed the way they work since you went, as they told us in the briefing that they only put out the turn point and apex cones on novice days to help you learn the track, and that if we came back on a regular event, they wouldn't be there.

Nice! There is nothing better than a track full of supercars!
What are you driving?
