Hey, i was wondering if the Nutrition is the same for umm normal guys nor skinny nor umm i dont like this word but w/e fat. Do i need to add more protein or something like that ? bcz im 1.89cms and 78 kgs aiming 85 pls reply and thx :) And the training has the same effect even if im skinny or fat :)?

Alright, it works. But is the program set up for guys who already have a good muscle mass, but gained some weight. like a football player that can lean out easier than a 230lb pizza eating construction worker?
