@mig2000fl , I found the CD in a Flohmarkt in Germany. It is a limited edition CD.
As @Lotlster and @HockeyFanZone said, you can find this track here and I quote :

Many thanks bro. I;ve been after this ever since i saw the movie murder at 1600. You are right I've now found it listed on the IMDb as a track from the movie Wedding Date, but every album I've come across the song is missing. Any idea where I can buy it from please.

You must buy the limited edition of the Wedding Date soundtrack CD released in 2005 in UK.
Dave Rogers and Paul Shaw - Lovedance is on the track 11.
