I didn;t see the entire incident but if I had been innocent and shoved up the butt by anyone they would seriously be dragged out their van and would become at one with the road surface. My comment is part of the reason I no longer cycle in the shit hole that Britain has become.

That'll hammer your insurance premiums for years and years. That's quite apart from any other consequences, such as points, fines, jail time even.
