Pantera - Domination

Hey! back again with another pantera cover, i thought its been too long! it's the first with the new gear aswell!! :D. im a bit sloppy at parts, so like i always say.. DON'T EXPECT PERFECTION! lol plus i was sweating buckets which didnt help. if you don't think it sounds like dimes tone, its probably due to 3 (of many) main reasons:

1. im using a shity headset microphone
2. i don't have all the exact same gear, only parts, and i dont know his exact settings anyway.
3. ..............i'm not the man himself!! haha

P.S. my cameras great quality but has an annoying tendancy to switch itself off after a few minutes so thats why it cuts out just into the second lead.
2nd P.S... i felt like carrying on through a bit of art of shredding aswell for the hell of it, as it came on shuffle afterwards lol.

Well i'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and just say that you most likely have his tone nailed, your guitar tone can change drastically when translating from your room to the internet. Your a great guitar player, good chops. Maybe just stick a mic in front of the cabinet. Quite the little stockpile of gear you have too! keep it up man. anyway fuckin rock on,

FINALLY someone who understands, i say all the time, you can't judge tone from what you hear when its being picked up my a headset microphone haha, its bad enough it being with that mic thats not even near the cab, but even with a good mic, the angle and positioning still matters aswell a great deal, so yeah, thanks for all the compliments. /,,/

@MobRulesAll uhh, last thing i heard his guitar tech Grady was still alive :S i never said i would get his tone exactly the same, but for the most part its there, hense all the gear. its why i like playing with the settings, its a good challenge for me to get as close as possible, even though i know i can NEVER get it 100% plus im still missing one piece of the puzzle.
