This track is really really awesome. That D-50-Pad is pure 80s, wonderful how you play those chords.. also the sax, of course. Wow!!!
Best wishes

isnt that bass track the one for bulletproof?

@TheSynthFreq absolutely great
I was born in 1969 and grew up with the 80's sound
you make me remember why I loved it so much
Last year i got rid of all my 80's gear a 909 , d10 , SH101 and sequential pro 1
I dont regret it
but you make me yearn for that sound again
THANKYOU

Hi there .... my comment is: this juno1 bass sounds exactly the same like some Juno 60 arpeggiator triggered from some 80`s trig rhythm machine ;) great

@1971Blacklight Hi :) That's awesome that both synths can keep each other company. :) hehe DX-7 II D is sweet! I haven't had luck with SysEx data transferring, its prob my user error. lol
My computer was stolen a few months ago, so of course right as I was starting to figure it out,. that happened. :( Anyway MidiOx is a great midi program and there are lots of patches online too. FYI, D-50 is known for being 'picky' with midi data transfers. lol

Hey, its me again ;-)
from today on my D50 would not be alone anymore, I got a DX 7 II D today ;-))
Do you have any experience in transmitting patches via midi to the D50 or to a DX 7 II ? Do you know what program is needed ?
Looking forward to your answer....
Best regards
Mario

Damn the sax sounds perfect!! Anyway to get a sax like that on the juno?
RivaniUC 1 year ago
@RivaniUC Hi :) Sorry for the delayed reply. lol The sax sound is actually the Roland JV-880 module from 1992. Its a rompler but it has a nice sax sound along with several others. Its a 4-op synth (subtractive) synth and its got some really great sounds in it along with user patches that can be programmed with lots of options. Its multi-timbral too.
Juno is better for strings, bass & lead sounds, Juno would need more than just the one osc to be able to make a convincing sax sound. :)
