  • @thecalledmelos To keep energy high, you have to eat more carbos on your running days (pasta or more than one fruit a meal, both at the meal before your running session and at the one right after); keep your carbos intake lower on your non-running days. That's all IMO.

  • @antokindness I'm eating so much fruit because I quit caffeine and it seems that eating fruit makes my energy levels stable through the day; it's also tasty and easy on my stomach. Would you reference me a diet that helps with energy levels? (p.s: my workout regime is bodyweight exercises and 3 miles of joggin 4 days a week, so I would like target nutrition for this)

  • @thecalledmelos Ok, listen: 15 fruits a day are just too many carbohydrates as well: fruit is good but no more than one single fruit a meal (unless you have worked-out and you have to eat a little more, say three fruits at once).

For your skin problem, try dermoabrasion or some strong peeling done by a dermatologist or aesthetic physycian (or scrub your skin once a week and then use a good cream for ipercheratosis to be bought in pharmacy).

    Take care.

  • @antokindness Thanks for the reply. The foremost reason I asked is because I have a skin condition called "keratosis pilaris" for as long as I can remember (it's genetic)... so I've never known what is to have normal skin. On your carbs recommendation, right now I'm trying to get into the raw food diet, and because of this I'm eating lots of fruits (around 15 whole fruits a day)... Are the fruit carbs bad for the skin too?

  • @korehkt Thank you, korehkt!

  • WTF! Michael Jackson is still alive!:O

  • @thecalledmelos Thank you. I don't stay in the Sun and I don't eat too many carbohydrates (they ruin your skin) and I sleep good every night and I hydrate my face every day with an organic cream.

    Take cream.

  • Hmmm... very cool... You are about 40 years old, right? How do you keep your face skin and body skin so clear?
