  • @cadogan32 Overcoming Social Anxiety Step-by-Step by Dr. Richards. I'm also releasing a home-recovery course in the next month, Dissolve Your Social Anxiety, based on mindfulness and action. A sort of different approach, which I've found to be quite effective.

  • What program were you talking about towards the end?I have all those problems you were talking about, and trying to find a way through it.

  • @PsychedeliccUniverse Yeah used to be a big problem for me, but no longer. Self-acceptance work really helped me with this, too.

  • i have this problem too. i always feel like at stop lights, the people in the cars beside me are looking intently at me, so i stay frozen and keep my gaze straight ahead and am very conscious of how i'm sitting. also, when i'm turning or something i feel like the people across the street are staring at me and giving me dirty looks. Generally, whenever i'm just driving I also feel like everyone is thinking that i'm driving weird/wrong/badly
