For Snickers, this is huge. Not long ago she could not tolerate handling or touch at all. But she is learning routine care is ok. She doesn't need to enjoy it...but is learning to manage w/o becoming totally stressed or shutting-down-it's a big step forward.check out Snickers Lifting exercise clip ...you'll see the change!

Thanks Marg, as always you are so kind. I was wondering about the blow dryer myself..and was pleasantly surprised by her steadiness and ability to cope. She didn't LOVE it, but handled it. At home shortly after she rebounded completely. That's what matters for now. again thank you

Aaaaw, that was GREAT, Carolyn! She looked so fluffy and lovely afterwards. When you were carrying her out of the tub, I was going "oh no, not the blow dryer!" but she did so well with it all! She really is coming along fabulously, and you can just see the trust in her eyes when she looks at you. Lovely!
