3-5 rounds of the following:
- double deadlift
- double clean and press
- double snatches

Warm up with some swings and joint mobility first.

  • good job! double kettlebell work is so hard try this one its one of my routines 5 renegade rows 5 double swings 5 double snatches 5 clean and press and 5 front squats followed by 1 min jump rope 4-5 rounds its brutal good form by the way
