Great setup, great loaches. I notice they are very timid though? I will definitely try mine with a piece of chicken after viewing your video.

Just saome advice. Chickens and most other mammal meat, except beefheart, is not the best thing for fishes. Their cold body temperatures means they can't digest the saturated fat, which goes ot the other end and messes up your water quality. Much better options include fish fillets, shrimp(which you've already done) and crabmeat

The video is a few years old, but I agree with you for the most part. I fed them chicken just this once and I haven't fed them chicken since. I don't think it hurts to feed them a small taste of chicken on the rare occasion. I wouldn't advise it unless the water quality was greatly controlled.

Chicken, good idea. Not sure about the fork though. Really shouldnt put anything metal in your tank.

There is nothing wrong with metal if it is nontoxic. Modern kitchen utensils are nontoxic and are usually safe to be in fish tanks. My aquariums heaters are stainless steel. The impeller shafts on all my filters are stainless steel. My forks are stainless steel.

wow!! i've never seen that before, is it safe to give them chicken?

I wouldn't feed it to them regularly, but it should be safe if fed to them on the rare occasion. In nature they'll probably eat stuff like dead birds and frogs.
