When he moved the chair he sat on, he swung it towards me from behind my black easy chair, and scared the crap out of me. Sat down and told me to record him.

Tony Williams has been a socially irresponsible, horrible, threatening, rude, angry, borderline violent, ALLEGED convicted FELON, and white supremacist.

This interaction was me returning home, and he obviously read the formal notice of changes to his privileges in the apartment and another rent increase.
