it may seem off to train in full gear but why not, it makes it closer to the real experience you are training for

im a road biker too but i must say why the helmet and jersey and shorts inside bra? i don't think cars pass through your living room i could be wrong but haha. keep up the good work tho

Its actually a Kurt Kinetic Road Machine. I highly recommend it - very quiet and smooth.
