@Dabigbang69 If you used fullscreen and read the comment the soldier made while I was watching it, you'd realize that's not Bolvar. It's just some random guy. Also, the reason you can't find a "good fucking video" of that is because if someone is sitting there watching the vision, he's obviously a noob. You're supposed to run like crazy and kill all the tentacles, not watch the vision. And no one wants to be a noob, so you will NEVER get that video you want.

Brain rooms = Hardest part of yogg 6 trys with fresh people to ulduar and we managed to do one light ( lock,rogue,priest,dk in rooms on 10 man) our inside team we made watch ur vid a few times to get a grip on strafing but destro lock helped so much casting AoE with tricks created so much more time to dps the brain as casting facing away was great thanks man :)

That is "SeriousHelpInTiming", however by now I'm using "clcret" which does basically the same thing but offers more customizability.
Both can be found on WoWInterface and Curse.

There are tips and suggestions, they are in German and they are on our guild forums, for which I recorded this.
Unless you want those, you'll probably find some in English on Tankspot (which you are for some reason referencing).
It really boils down to "don't face the damn skulls" anyway. ;-)
Strafing doesn't reduce speed while still allowing you to face away from the skulls.
This encounter is the perfect example for why keyboard turners are at an disadvantage.
