Cary Joji Fukunaga's very fine version of Jane Eyre (2011), starring GQ's Breakout Star of the Year (Michael Fassbender) and that girl who played Alice in Wonderland (Mia Wasikowska). Guess at which one's picture I prefer looking. Accompaniment: "Killing Me" (Pritchard/Harris) performed by The Kooks
This is probably more literal than most of my videos, which perhaps means less creative, but, y'know, it ain't so easy to whittle down to four minutes from two hours (plus deleted scenes) of postcard-perfect film and sync them up to a doctored score. Also, no: I did not speed up the footage in most of those clips--they really can move that fast.
