@p0rkjell0 Your statement simply is not true. The last student and the person who tried to keep it the most pure without diluting it was Teddy. Dan is not the same Dan I knew in 1984. He is much different now. For example, Bruce felt the side kick was the most powerful kick whereas Dan later says the muy tai roundhouse is the most powerful. Bruce did not like the MT kick because it exposed your groin area to attack. It was not in used JKD. Check it out for yourselves. I still like Dan though.

@p0rkjell0 Throw in Paul Vunak, James Lee and Taki Kimura

I'm not a Bruce Lee worshipper so my thoughts of Inosanto isn't based on his relationship with Bruce. This man seems like a nice, wholesome, grounded, humble guy.

great guy. honest, matter of fact. a learner.
really like how jkd appreciates other arts, as opposed to slamming them.

Great Video! Guro Dan rules!!!!!
Sifu Dan Insosanto's concepts are the closest to Bruce Lee's as you can get... All others are imitations...

Dan Inosanto is freakin sick! Makes me proud to have filipino blood. I'll tell you, he never made martial arts look as good as Bruce Lee, but he definitely can be just about as effective in actuality. Guy has done martial arts of different styles all his life. He's great! Plus his daughter is freakin gorgeous!
