delfino plaza was first in mario kart ds and in the ds vertion it was called
delfino square.

@ohohothisrocks he was probably trying to get star rank. Star rank is achieved by the technique one using during a cup. Star rank can be achieved by: not falling, not getting hit by too many items, staying first every lap, recovery time from (ex.) 11th to 1st, and by NOT USING BULLET BILLS since they are a sign that the player does not know how to drive expertly so he/she must rely on bullet bills

There are two 'Delfinos' in Mario Kart Wii, Delfino Pier ( a battle course) and Delfino Square (this course). It was on the DS, the name hasn't been changed!
