Eddie,

Use this drill at home and at the range to help keep shoulders on plane and ultimately your club as well. I would suggest working on this every day using the shaft on the ground to guide you. At the range stop at the top, visually check if left shoulder is under the shaft, then make a smooth swing through the ball. Pick up the speed as you become more confident.
