Well it is a man made water way and it was brand new in Al's day and he knew it would not get redredged up again for many years to come

so Al knew that anybody being dumped into it would never get found and if they do dredge it up year later all they would find would be..CEMENT SHOES...Plus it was out of Chicago controle at that time
