@kenfig You've got a point there

This should have been the A side instead of Long Tall Sally
-
im usally more into punk and goth but this sounds amazing.

Although Ray is a unique and brilliant songwriter and this is very enjoyable, does anyone agree that it is VERY influenced by FORTUNE TELLER ?

Love this song and this album.the only short fall about the first Kinks album was the two shel talmy songs on it.They both went nowhere compared to the rest of this Lp and marred what is otherwise a GREAT LP

I've been listening to the Kinks for years and you're right there are tons of songs I've never ever heard, but don't blame the radio..that play the great "YOU REALLY GOT ME" over and over and over...I really love that song but they really do the Great Kinks a disservice by not playing their 100's of truly BRILLIANT SONGS thank you Ray and Dave and the Boys and you Sike-O-Delic Sid!
This is great unknown kinks song - always loved it since the beginning in early l960's - there are hundreds (100's) of terrific kinks songs that the public has NEVER heard of.
