Also, open up Oblivion and click Data Files, then check the box and click Ok, not the X at the top.

You have to copy the actual folder, not the contents, so extract files to desktop or wherever. Open it, then copy and paste it into Oblivion Data. Then find the esp file and copy and paste into Oblivion Data. Sorted.

I have this problem I havn't patched the game yet but I will and if that doesn't work i'll scower google until I fix it.
