Welcome to the first episode of "Chad'z Homebrew Reviews". I've been contacted by many homebrewers asking if I would review their beer. To date I've always declined because it didn't seem to fit in with my original channel. But now that I have a second channel and am branching out into other things I thought I would give homebrew reviewing a serious shot.

So this is "Northampton Oatmeal Stout", brewed by http://youtube.com/78RecordRepair (he didn't want me to reveal his real name). I won't say what I though of the beer here, watch the video for that.

Here is the recipe:
8 lbs two row
1/2 lb chocolate malt
1/2 lb roasted barley
1/4 lb black patent malt
1/2 lb crystal 60
1 1/2 lb flaked oats

single infusion mash for 60 minutes.
1 1/2 oz. cascade for duration of 60 min. boil.
10 day primary fermentation safale-05
bottle aged 2 1/2 months
