hey srry..i just replied to ur other comment without seeing this one..i got HQ just by signing in and going to account *(topright)* put ur mouse over it and go to MORE and the scroll down to ACCOUNT and under it *(before last)* u should see VIDEO QUALITY PLAYBACK and choose ur settings.. hope i helped
