He IS talking about the Tea Party movement and how its direction is to redefine conservatism in the Republican Party. That is exactly their purpose because the GOP has truly lost their way. But Santorum loves and embraces the liberal, big government position of the GOP and does not want it to change at all. Make all the excuses you want - he did not like the Tea Party until it became expedient - and with the knowledge that many factions of it have been hijacked by the old school GOP.

@reformcongress It's not copyright infringement to simply quote someone. Since we live in an age where we have actual footage of someone saying things, then we need to allow freedom of the press and freedom of speech to quote them the same way we are allowed to quote people in print. Using 49 seconds of footage is akin to quoting 3 lines in a blog. I fail to see how the content is under more protection simply because it is film.
