  • i would like to learn how to make a photo mainly black and white with say a section in the photo red like a red rose.any ideas

  • @paulallen34 i recomend that you use the black brush and make it about 50 percent opaque, then you just cover the area you want to be black and white! for a cleaner look, blur the area where black and white and color meet! hope this helps!

  • @flomosk8er does anyone do an actual tutorial on this effect

  • @paulallen34 i am not sure, but i am really busy studying for my end of term exams so i can't make a review right now! sorry!

  • @kookiedough13 You're set on "BRUSH TOOL". Just right click on the brush button in the sidebar and change it to "COLOUR REPLACEMENT TOOL"

  • l don't have any specific selector that says limit or tolerance. Any suggestions on how to fix that?

  • "leave rude comments and i will delete them" it's called criticism, moron

  • its a lot easier than this, just use recatangle marquee tool to draw a rough shape around the eye, then select selection enhance>adjust color>replace color, click on the white of the eye and then use the hue and saturation levels to change color or type in the rgb. sorry if thats not explained very well but there are also other ways aswell. but thanks for the vid im not hating just trying to help.

  • how do u get the brush ? first time using it

  • theres an easier way, use the rectangular tool select both eyes then adjust the hue/saturation.........

  • @flomosk8er many thanks for that advice im only a beginner with things like that in elements 6.
