Andrew Flintoff, an extraordinary cricketing talent but does he know how to run? I believe his knee problem would be cured with correct running technique. It's obvious that the braking forces of his heel striking, bending at the hip, lack of elasticity, and misplaced centre of gravity are causing his knee issue. All fixed with POSE method of running coaching. Instead here we are after 4 ankle operations and knee surgery, the poor guy! POSE method teaches correct movement based on the evolution of human beings, our interaction with nature (gravity), and cutting edge bio-mechanical science, thats why it's the only running technique that applies to ANY sport. POSE method is the only method in the world scientifically proven to reduce knee impact by 50%. Find out more at http://www.posetech.com and http://www.madbalance.com. If anyone can get through to Andrews coach I'd be happy to be of service, is it not worth a try at least? Read: http://www.posetech.com/library/pp-MJ-0001.html

  • you forget that cricket unlike running, is not a natural sport. and unfortunately it will always be a sport which requires chunky shoes(for the grip)

  • he has one of the best run out when he got ricky ponting out

  • Some good insight, I wish Freddie would listen to this, we could have done with him in top condition today!
