@IAmARad It's because the chart for the outro would be unplayable, or unFC'able, because there are so many notes coming at you, that the strum limit wouldn't be able to keep up. Guitar Hero compensated for this by not giving you as many notes to play, undercharting so to speak. At 5:03, that ENTIRE section is tremelo picked, and those hammer ons don't exist in the actual song, and the notes are really 64ths, instead of the 32nds the game makes you play.
