Anyone who thinks that all our boots are off their sand by 2011 is going to be sorely disappointed in a few years. If we're going to wait around that shithole country until they gain stability, then we ought to be working on solving the region's real problems.
So here are the reasons, I think, that Iraq will never be stable. No water. No good planting soil. No resources. In fact the only real resource they have (oil) is only useful to these massive superpowers that keep storming through.

140,000 troops or 50,000 troops or 1 troop, WE ARE STILL IN IRAQ. The troop brigades can be called anything(call them the 111th Wussy battalion). The brigades will still have machine guns, helicopters, tanks, aircrafts, bombs, etc. The Pentagon won't let Iraq agree for the US to pull out completely by 2011. This crap is told to us now, but will definitely change by 2011. It's the Govt's game of capitalizing on appeasing now, so you will forget later.
