Cam in the Wellington segment of the 2008 NZ Barista Championships. I video'd this on my Jasjam so it's not great quality and I had to edit the 15min session down to 10mins to fit on youtube. Cam's inspiration for his signature coffee came from the Hawthorne Lounge in Wgtn and his clothing and background music reflect this as well.
