you're playing at 1280x1024, gtx 280 is overkill you might as well bought a gts 250 for like 150 bucks and saved some money for something else. You only need 60 frames to play smooth. Who honestly benchmarks at a 19in resolution, its common sense that 90% of games you play will be 100frames+. Waste of time, upgrade to a 22in and play 1920x1200 or 1080 then run tests. Then you will be utilizing you're GTX 280.
