  • What's a Gaijin doing as the lead role in a Japanese film?

I thought Tom Cruz was the only exception.

  • Adoro esta serie ojala pudieran subir los capitulos. Gracias.

  • @cginnish the love between Mariko-san and Anjin-san is more real. Fujiko-san is a Japanese woman who adheres to every law of feudal Japanese life. She conforms.

Mariko-san is a Japanese Christian, the Lady Maria. She is a firebrand, one of the most unique women in the whole of Japan, and she really is the only woman who can love Anjin-san. And Mariko has more spirit than beauty: rmember, Omi-san's wife Midori-san is more beautiful than Mariko-san, but without the spirit that attracts Anjin-san

  • Upload series goddammit.

  • Shogun? More like a fucking faggot to me

  • Yes, well i would liek to watch this except i cant find a version to watch on the whole web. They also sell this nowhere in Australia. UPLOAD IT PLEASE SOMEONE!

  • @textthing Indeed. It's her over-all attitude I didn't like, her way to act... Which didn't feel right... Especially when you've just read the book.

  • @linkyoo

No, I just thought I would mention it - it can't have been an easy job, as she's supposed to interpret for Blackthorne.

  • @textthing I didn't complaint over that.

  • @linkyoo

She didn't speak any English, so had to learn all her lines phonetically.

  • If this was made the way Richard Chamberlain have wanted his part to far for a man play by another old queen George Takei. LOL and no I'm not homophobic.

  • i wish they would have made Tai Pan (keeping Bryan Brown as Dirk Struan of course) as a miniseries. they cut so much important stuff out when they made the movie. would also like to see Gai Jin and Whirlwind done

  • jesus you know how many videos that would be??? the mini is what 10 hours long?

  • I found it interesting that everyone seemed to know about Blackthorn and Mariko's love, for example, at Mariko's funeral Lady Ochiba and lord Ishido both Bowed to him as they went to pay thier respects for her. You can see the astonishment on Yabu's face in the movie.

  • Remember it was a great series.

This bits and bobs presentation is a load of bollocks !!!!!!!

    Why do it ??

  • I guess it is our tendency to conquer the uncounquerqble.

  • haha, pollocks are so stupid. apologizing to youtube in a comment. LOL you made my day thank you.

  • YouTube-Restore MI YOU TO CO-NO SKASOWALAM did so-I do not know the IMAGE in virtually all the films I wanted to remove subskrybcie-1-virus-problems-and I apologize-luisa

    kocham tego,,SZOGUNA.

  • Fugiko was given to Blackthorne as consort. She sought death only. How could he not love Mariko, who was so brave, and rare? Besides, they both thought her husband was dead when they began their physical relationship.

  • started reading it for the first time two nights ago, already taken in!

  • greatest fuckin book ever.

i really wanna see the film but i cant find it anywhere
