  • @jayantynagendra Hi, Mail Merge is essentially merging your document with an email. Thus it can function as three different formats HTML, Test or an attachment. If you want to send the created word document as attachment, select attachment in the finish phase where you select the format.

  • @jayantynagendra If you were asking me how to send a message with an attachment via mail merge using word then I say - you will have to create a macro that can handle all this for word as word has no such feature to support this. If you are looking for an easy solution then I suggest you use the mail merge feature provided in Gmail (Google Mail).
