They had evidence, but we only get stories? (The Atheist Experience)

Why is it fair that people thousands of years ago had overwhelming evidence of an intervening god, while we have none?

What is The Atheist Experience?

The Atheist Experience is a weekly cable access television show in Austin, Texas, geared at an atheist and non-atheist audience. The Atheist Experience is produced by the Atheist Community of Austin (ACA), a nonprofit educational corporation to develop and support the atheist community, to provide opportunities for socializing and friendship, to promote secular viewpoints, to encourage positive atheist culture, to defend the first amendment principle of state-church separation, to oppose discrimination against atheists and to work with other organizations in pursuit of common goals.

God sacrificed himself to himself so he didn't have to send us to Hell which he created so he could save us from being sent to Hell for our ancestors sin of eating a fruit off a tree they weren't supposed to. Being born into debt only payable upon death... Ok, sounds reasonable.

@HIM0G - well, good thing I am not religious.... rather, God in Jesus Christ is my friend and Father.

Also, you will not find a bigger proponent of [ethical] scientific & technology application then myself (it's my vocation, in fact). IF you check out some the relevant vids on my channel this is abundantly clear. Science is, of course, morally neutral.
