even if there was police, it's not like anyone would listen to them. i'm in egypt right now and being in a car here is more exciting than riding a roller coaster.

drivers are agressive, cars are full of dent, no traffic rules, no police officers in charge (i mean really in charge) and no peaceful life man.. everybody is surffering living in cairo.
