Love my brit. I would have nothing but brits but I need a water dog also, its not that the brit won't do it for me, its just that I hate to see my best friend in that cold water.......the lab loves it!

i've had several Brittanys over my 58 years here on earth and they are without a doubt the best gundog i have ever hunted over, plus they are a great family dog easy to train and love to be around kids and people My Sir Remington patiently waits everyday at the bus stop for my granddaughter he knows the time utterly amazing

You'll find Brittanys can be hard to train and not really ideal for first time owners,unless you have the patience and know what you're getting into lol. Our old dog, been gone a year now, did EVERYTHING, or just about tried everything..would not heal lol. Most stubborn dog I've ever met and yet best 12 years EVER! Well, so far :P Yet to say that with our Current dog, Tipper =)
