No he hasn't. He promised a single-payer system and an end to the Iraq war. He's scaling down troops, and for that I salute him... but he's doing it a lot different than he said he would. And a single payer system? Forget about it. He's got 58 democrats and Sanders and Lieberman in the senate, and they still let the republicans make policy. Harry Reid, and Dick Durbin aughta be kicked out. Take it from a Canuck: a single payer system works. Good luck to you guys.

The only thing he got wrong in this video was saying that he was the first African American president; he was actually the second. Warren Harding was 1/8 African American making him the first African American president and as "black" as the children of Sally Hemmings.
