    Nowhere is this more acutely shown as in Advertising Budgets. Budgets for Puerto Rico, with a population estimated at 3,998,905 (July 2012 est. cia.gov World Factbook) consistently exceeded those of a population 12.5 times as big; the US Hispanic Market.
