Nothing can re grow hair once the follicle area is in the balding phase. You can improve and prevent diffuse thinning hair but not baldness. The only way to get your hair back is a ridiculously high price hair transplant which will take your entire life to pay it off unless you're rich and wealthy. The other choice would be a good hair system which I am going for in the near future.

This all sounded really exciting until at the end of the ebook where he says that this system is not designed to REGROW hair. This is the problem with all of these alternative stop-hair-loss systems. By the time people find out about it they've already lost a lot of hair and the idea of just keeping the hair you have left just feels like a lame pitch.

is their any diet or shampoo i can use. Im not really into the whole buying pills, or "magic" commercial stuff...ya know? got any tips? would love to hear them!

Hey, thanks for your comment.I could recommend you the best shampoo or the last alcaline diet, but if your hair follicles dont get enough blood flow, your hair will fall anyway. Go to my web site and get the free chapters. Theres more data there. There s nothing magic, only valuable information on how to stop hair loss.
