The folk-dance group Paloina was founded in 1971 in Amsterdam. Paloina possesses an extensive repertoire that comprises of a wide selection of Dutch en international choreographies and traditional dances. The group performs in a variety of colourful costumes which are certainly worth seeing. The shows are accompanied by the group's own band. The 30 performers provide a brilliant spectacle of song, dance and folklore. The duration can vary from 15 minutes to an evening long program. Paloina has appeared in many countries such as England, Aruba, Spain, Portugal, Hungary, Israel and many, many more.
