At 2:23, the narration refers to Marduk/Ra's dictation of the Egyptian Book of the Dead, which talks about guiding the dead's souls to the Duat, the Place of Celestial Boats, "Boats" here referring to a particular type of large Anunnaki spacecraft that makes regular journeys back to Nibiru, or "heaven."

At 2:08, "Let the kings of my Region of Neteru offspring be, to Nibiru in an Afterlife journey." Neteru (or Neter) is the Egyptian word for Anunnaki. So the kings (pharaohs) of Egypt were hybrid Earthling-Anunnaki, which is why they had the elongated skulls and were extremely tall. Most often, it was a male Earthling who sexed with a female Anunnaki, to produce a male king. They were mummified when they died in order to guide them to heaven, Nibiru, in the afterlife.
