  • Did the rounds pentatrated the steel? Howthick is the steel?

  • @Mr2wings Its hardened steel and barely chips the paint. 30 Carbine isnt known for knock down (but it will tear up a varmint with a 110 gr Hollow Point)

  • yer haha carbeen im pretty sure its Car-bine

  • You could always look it up instead of shooting off your mouth. Then you would find that it is correct either way.

  • NICE..... were can i get one like that....with a folding stock?

  • you can buy a repro folding stock for around $200 on the internet. This is a real one and I have seen complete guns for $2500-$4000. Mine has every correct part with a very low serial number, but I put it together from parts.

  • The M1 does not fire a pistol round because the round was designed specifically for this rifle. It is an intermediate round. The M1 was originally designed to shoot full auto and semi auto but that feature was removed for the production model. So in reality the M1 is the first widely used assault rifle.

  • I inherited a completely original folding stock Inland not long ago. It's in great condition, no rust, no pitting, great bore. Small crack in stock, no mag or sling. It's been resting for 40 years....now it needs to be used. Thanks for the video.

  • @disturbedone5009 you're right i guess.

  • @DJonX7

The mag capacity doesn't have anything to do with being an assault rifle or not.

  • @disturbedone5009 It wasn't classified as an assault rifle because it didn't hold as many rounds, and didn't fire automatically.

  • I just got an m1 carbine from my uncle. It was used by my other uncle in world war 2 and was upgraded in the field, at the end of the war to an m2 stock. It's an Inland with a Springfield stock

  • i got one. :)

  • GREAT video Sir...

  • @marcelthemaoist Its a magazine, and yes you can.

  • @olarmyjoel You can extend the clip to 30 rounds right?

  • I've got a '43 Inland(GM) and shot a 1/2" plate steel 'popper',using the standard lead core,copper FMJ,

    It left a crater about 3/8" deep,and 3/4" wide,from 25 yd.

I've got plenty of experience with a little bit of everything, and this round is NO JOKE.
