yeah, but you don't HAVE to use it, just download the upgrade online when your on your netbook, or buy it at a store, then copy it to a USB drive. and either way you can still get it to run XP, i've seen people that have this netbook and are running Mac OS X on it

@XboxIsFuture 1012 is Windows 7 STARTER and you can't change the wallpapers etc, but you could by searching in google but when I knew that,it change my mind to just buy the older one which is exactly like this.

Hi. nice video. i directly came to point...i m a university student and i want to buy this dell ispiron 1012 for university purpose.. i only want to know that after using 2 r 3 hours continuosly, will it be heated up bcoz it has no cooling fans in it... plz answer as soon as u can.. thanks

is it the same price when you get a different OS with the mini 10 because some pll have WINDOWS 7 on there dell mini 10 but if your dell mini 10 comes with xp would it be the same price as the windows 7 one? because i was thinking of getting a mini 10 but i wanted to know if it would be the same price as the other mini 10's one because i wanted windows xp mini 10 but im thinking if i get 1 its gonna come with windows 7 i like windows 7 but i dont want it i want xp but pll say they dont sell XP
