Thank you so much for sharing this video with the world. Your son is a beautiful little boy and an angel!

A very touching video. I hardly ever leave comments, but I couldn't let this one slip away. My heart aches for you loss, but I envy you for courage and strength. I have a child that was born with Down syndrome and I have the book Sometimes Miracles Hide, your story made me think of those that were in the book. God bless you for taking what others see as a tradegy and seeing it as a blessing. The 4 hours you spent with him are memories that will last a lifetime.

I'm sure these babes are born for a reason-touched by God and total innocents! We will see these souls again one day and find they are bigger than our own

(i am german, i hope my english is o.k.).you are wonderfull parents for this cute little angel! every look of you and your wife to taylorboy seems to be as soft as imaginable. every movement of you both seem to be protecting him for eternety. you do live the best speech of the world "all you need is love" (john lennon)

I admire your courage and strength. Your son is beautiful and was very much wanted by you but God plucked this tiny blossom for His garden. We are rasing our baby grandaughter (2 years) who was unwanted from the day she was conceived. I sometimes struggle to understand the reasons behind our various circumstances but know that one day God will allow us to see in full. Thank you for sharing your little darling.

You are truly an amazing and brave couple. The strength you have/had during that short time is commendable. Everything you did was right in so many ways.

I'm so sorry for your lost

In a way, these are beautiful images of the three of you... They really made me cry and I can't help but think how nice it was that given the circumstances, you all got to share this miracle we call life, if only for a few hours.

I am very sorry about your loss. May your child rest in peace. If you want to "raise awareness", you should let people know about how important prenatal care is specificaly getting enough folic acid. I dont encourage bringing babies with fatal birth defects into this world. It is hard enough for healthy babies let alone ones with deformaties and other serious health issues.

@eyelaffatyu with this defect you don't find out till midway through the pregnancy. having a medical termination can still be an option but i personally just wanted to let my body do what it was designed to do. the natural process seem better than being injected with chemicals. i had searched as much information as i could about all options. the information that i found said that due to the lack of development in the lobes he would be blind unconscious and wouldn't feel pain.

@eyelaffatyu the information i have found says that folic acid will decrease the chances of this defect but cant fully eliminate it because they still don't know enough about the cause. i hope this is good information for you and others. thank you for posting a comment and allowing Taylor life to touch you.
